    You were NOBO hiker #355 at Harpers Ferry. Congratulations it is an awesome accomplishment.

    Dan, Coon Cat! WOW and double wow! I'm so in awe of your accomplishment! I was even having a really hard time reading your summitting post to Paul, without choking up with emotion. I'm so proud of you! Congratulations on the accomplishment, on learning all that you've learned, on recognizing the enormity of the affect this event will have on your life here on in. In following your postings, you seemed to be changing right before our eyes - for the better, of course. Hats off to you! Although this journey is "all pau" now, here's to many, many other journeys of equal or better challenges and payoffs. Aloha, P&J. Now, get back to LA as soon as possible. Jen and Lani miss you like crazy!

    Hi Coon Cat, YOU DID IT! Congratulations, Dan, and this is something you will have forever in your memory book. WE are all so proud of what you have accomplished and you solved or overcame many very diffacult events on your whole trail experience. Many of your trail friends may not be in contact, but we would think you might again see many of them. We are looking forward to seeing you again, and we know you have only a few days before heading west again and of course our best go with you to find the work you so much want to do.
